Nestled in the grounds of the Estate, we have five holiday cottages, which are the perfect fit for smaller groups or for extra accommodation for your wedding or event.
Each property has been lovingly renovated for you to relax in comfort and ease. With cosy interiors and charming features, settle into a peaceful retreat immersed in nature.
Our Farmhouse is our largest property on the estate boasting 4 double bedrooms. Renovated to a classic rustic chic, this is the ideal getaway property in the heart of the countryside. Perfect for group gatherings and entertaining, whether it’s in the large dining room over a home cooked meal or finding your competitive side in the games room.
Apple Cottage is one of two semi-detached homes on the estate, adjoining Strawberry Fields Cottage. This three-bedroom property is perfect for family or friend groups to stay together. With Southwell town centre just a 30-minute walk from the front door, it’s the perfect base to explore the countryside. The cottages have a comforting interior style, with all rooms decorated and finished with delicate, cosy touches.
Located within the Norwood Park estate, Strawberry Cottage is a recently renovated three-bedroom semi-detached property, adjoining Apple Orchard Cottage. With Southwell town centre just a 30-minute walk from the front door, it’s the perfect base to explore the countryside. This exceptional home offers a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, providing an idyllic escape for you and your loved ones.

Beautiful, renovated property. Quiet spot. Nice golf club open during the day for food & drinks. Lovely space for the family to be together. Hot showers, big kitchen. Large dining table, good central heating, hot tub stayed hot, 3 car parking and EV charger. Coded gate so secure. Had a lovely stay.

South Lodge, Apple Cottage, along with the Farmhouse are all dog-friendly properties.
During your stay, we kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended at any point, and they are to be kept off the furniture.
When exploring the Estate, we do ask that they are kept on a lead at all times, we have a number of beautiful scenic walks for you to explore during your stay, so do make the most of the Estate and grounds.

All our properties are smoking & vaping free. There are designated areas in the gardens of each property which you are welcome to use.
Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is 10am. This is self-check-in via a key lockbox. You will receive an email with the code a couple of days before your stay.
Due to the nature of the buildings, the properties don’t have a disabled room. However, the Farmhouse does offer a downstairs bedroom and bathroom.
Each property requires a £75.00 deposit to secure your stay. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
North Lodge, Farmhouse, Apple Cottage and Strawberry Cottage all have EV charging points for electric vehicles. This service would require set-up in advance. If anyone on your party would require access, please do send an email with the guest's full name and email address to stay@norwoodpark.co.uk and we can provide access. They will then need to create a Pod Point Account using the details provided and follow the necessary links.

All properties are only a short walk away approx. a 7 mins to the Main House.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
If cancelled more than four weeks before arrival, only the deposit will be forfeited. If cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival, the balance of the total booking fee must be paid as follows:
Cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival 25% is payable
Cancelled less than 3 weeks before arrival 50% is payable
Cancelled less than 2 weeks before arrival 75% is payable
Cancelled less than 1 week before arrival 100% is payable
We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance
