Yes, all our events are exclusive use (unless arranged otherwise). This provides you with the House & Gardens of Norwood Park to be at your disposal to suit your event and requirements.
Enquire with our Events Team today and they would be more than happy to create you a bespoke quote to fit your event needs and requirements.
As part of your venue hire, you will have access to the following items as well as an experienced Event Manager to ensure the day runs smoothly: Chiavari Chairs & Tables, White Linen, Crystal Glassware & Crockery, Table Numbers, Red Carpet, Card Post Box.
If you have a preferred date in mind, just let the team know, and they will be more than happy to check availability for you.
To secure your booking at Norwood Park, we kindly ask for a signed copy of your Booking Agreement along with the Terms and Conditions. A non- refundable deposit of 20% would then be required to confirm the booking.
Ideally, we ask for final details to be confirmed one month prior to your event where possible. This will be after you have had a meeting with a member of the Events Team to run through all your event details and requirements.
To secure the booking a non-refundable 20% deposit is due. The final balance is then due two weeks before your event, an invoice for the balance will be created for you and sent in plenty of time for you to review. We accept payment via Cash, BACS and card payments over the phone/ in person (inc. Debit, Credit & Amex).
If cancelled more than 8 weeks before your event, only the deposit will be forfeited.
If cancelled less than 8 weeks before your event, the balance of the total booking fee must be paid as follows:
A. Cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival 90% is payable
B. Cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival 100% is payable
Of course! You have a couple of options with regards to accommodation for your event. The Georgian House bedrooms make a perfect addition to any event, with each bedroom having classic and unique features, making the stay extra special (minimum numbers apply).
We also have our self-catering cottages dotted across the Estate that can sleep 4-8 people.

As part of your Day Delegate Rate Package the following is included: 8 Hour venue hire, Event Manager to organise and run the day, 2 Servings of tea and coffee with accompaniments, 1 Course hot buffet lunch with 1 soft drink per person, Bottled still water and mints on tables, WiFi, flip charts, projector, lectern, TV screens, pens and pads, handheld microphone and speaker, free parking
With over 100 acres of land, there are plenty of options to host your outdoor event. The most popular options are the House Back Lawn (52m x 30m and the Cricket Ground. (110m x 143m). We all know the British weather can be temperamental, so we recommend contingency plans be put in place as a Plan B.
Set-up & breakdown for an event is usually 1h before and after and typically part of the hire period. Arrangements and timings can be discussed and made on a bespoke basis with the Events Team to ensure your event runs smoothly.
There are a number of car parks on site. At the House the Main car park can hold 105 cars, with an extra 155 cars in the designated overflow parking area. We are also able to host 135 cars in the Golf Course car park.
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the House and Clock Tower. You just need to sign in with an email address.
The Long Gallery has a built in sound system which you are welcome to use for your event which comes with two hand-held microphones. We also have a Bluetooth speaker system that can be used around the house and grounds which has two handheld microphones. Both systems can also be connected to a device for music.
We try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to event décor. However we kindly ask that nothing be attached or fixed to the wall; as an alternative, a secure free-standing structure can be used. With this being said for outdoor events, we ask that considerations are made to protect the grass and flower beds.
Yes, you are welcome to set up a tipi/marquee-style tent on the Cricket Ground or Back Lawn between 30m x 20m. Please do speak with the Events Team with regards to set-up and clear-down logistics.
