During your first look at Norwood Park, we will show you around our beautiful venue so you can imagine your wedding day here at Norwood. You will get to see all of our ceremony areas, discuss styling ideas and see the bedrooms!
Once you have filled in our quote form, an event manager will draw up a bespoke quote for your wedding day, breaking down all venue hire, accommodation, food, drinks and additions.
Your quote will then become your booking agreement to sign, along with our terms and conditions. We will then action your deposit and once paid, you're all booked in! We will then send you Wedding Planning Documents, so you can get stuck in with all your planning.
After booking your big day, we strongly encourage you to follow our social media channels and keep an eye out for our seasonal emails, which will keep you updated on all things Norwood Park.
Attending our wedding fairs is a great chance to speak with suppliers, see how Norwood is dressed on a wedding day, show family and friends. Our open days are also a handy way to get your bedroom allocations sorted as well as speak to members of the Events Team.

All of our couples are offered the chance to taste our wonderful wedding breakfast menu and wines at least six months before your big day, so you can make those all-important food and drinks decisions!
Now it's time for all the details. Three months before your wedding we will discuss all the important decisions you have made for your wedding; such as Order of the Day, Venue Layout and Final Numbers. Your Event Manager will then be fully prepped to run your wedding day and issue your final invoice.
You will be issued your Final invoice following your meeting, which will need to be paid four weeks before your wedding day.
The week of your wedding we will schedule a call with you to check in and confirm any last-minute details or changes.
